not create additional problems for you.
We will listen to you so we can understand your needs and
expectations. We recognize that you are the client and we will strive
to serve you as long as we remain within our legal and ethical obligations.
We will respond to your inquiries and questions promptly.
Every effort will be made to return telephone calls on the same

and weekend meetings.
We will update you regularly and welcome your questions
regarding the status of your matter.
All information that we receive from you will be held in
confidence as required by our ethical obligation as attorneys and
will not be released to anyone except as agreed to by you or as
required or permitted to be released by applicable federal or state
law.
At the start of your relationship, we will provide you with
a written fee arrangement so you know what to expect from Pfeil
& Millonzi, LLC. We offer both fixed and hourly rates. The fixed
rate matters generally involve residential real estate and estate
planning matters. All other matters, unless otherwise agreed, will
be charged on an hourly rate basis. The hourly rate charged will
be based on the expertise and experience of the individual working
on your matter and is comparable to rates charged by similar sized
law firms.
If your matter is billed on an hourly basis, your attorney
will charge for all time spent on your matter. Services are billed
in increments of tenths (1/10) of an hour. This includes but is
not limited to office conferences, court appearances, research,
writing and time spent with you on the telephone. You also will
be billed for all necessary expenses such as postage, express delivery,
long distance telephone calls and copies. At times, expense charges
may lag behind the normal billing cycle. These costs will be included
on the next invoice. You will receive monthly invoices covering
all work and necessary expenses for the previous month. Each statement
is payable when you receive it.
If your matter is billed on a fixed fee basis, the costs
outlined above, with the exception of court appearances, are included
in the fixed fee. You will receive an invoice for the fixed fee
upon completion of the matter. This statement is payable when you
receive it.
We may ask you to make an advance payment toward your attorney
fees. If this approach applies to you, the agreement will be confirmed
and explained in the written fee agreement. The advance money will
be held in the trust account of Pfeil & Millonzi, LLC as your
attorney works on your case. If advance money is left in the trust
account after all services have been rendered, the remaining balance
will be returned to you.
If at any time you feel that Pfeil & Millonzi, LLC is
not meeting your expectations, let us know and we will do everything
possible to address your concerns.
